These terms and services outlay acceptable use at Hosting2nv. We ask customers to use simple common sense which will make sure that no problems happen and we have a healthy relationship with all.

Signup / Billing Details: You must signup using the most correct details you can. Details used to signup to hosting which are obviously fake will result in the hosting account not being setup. By signing up, you agree to this precedent.

ALL HYIP OR INVESTMENT TYPE SITES, OR RELATED SITES, MUST SIGNUP AND PAY FOR THEIR OWN DEDICATED IP. Any site found to be running a hyip or investment type site, or related site, not on a dedicated IP will be suspended until payment is made for such dedicated IP.

SSH Access Due to security reasons this is not given. In special circumstances you take on sole responsibility of the server and agree to pay any fee we see fit in the case of damages through SSH Access as you will have sole SSH Access and are fully responsible for all of SSH and any damage that the server may take

Criminal Activities Hosting2nv services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Hosting2nv reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties.

Harm To Others You may not use Hosting2nv service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography, or use Hosting2nv service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

Forgery or impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited.

We also require that these be carefully policed and comply with all state and federal (United States) laws (regardless of where the sites are located). Failure to abide by these laws constitutes spamming and will be subject to our spamming policy. Please review it below, it is quite severe and will be enforced without exception or limits.

Network disruptions : Use of the Hosting2nv service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use Hosting2nv Services or the Internet. Any such actions will result in immediate account suspension

Security : You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. We ask that authorization is given to only those that really needed and that they are trusted sources.

SYN / DDoS Attacks : If your site is attacked (SYN, DDoS or any other type of malicious attack), we reserve the right to terminate your site immediately. These attacks can severely load servers and make the hosting experience for other users on the same server sub-par. Hosting2nv will NOT refund any monies paid for hosting services if you are DDoS/SYN attacked.

Excessive Use : Hosting2nv accounts operate on shared network resources. Excessive use or abuse of these resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. We have the right to suspend your account if your site is badly written and draining resources. You will be liable to any damage you cause. Refund will be given in the case of suspension without damage for what we see appropriate.

Scripts : If you want to use a script of ANY sort (HYIP, Autosurf, PPC, PTC, PTP or anything else that is a scripted programme), you may not purchase the Casual plan. This plan is designed for small file sharing / picture sharing and is not designed to have resource intensive scripts run on it. You MUST select something Light or above. Some signups will be flagged for review wherein Hosting2nv will gather information about you and your site. If Hosting2nv finds that you have been hosting a scripted site on Casual hosting, your site will be automatically upgraded or suspended depending on the circumstances. If you have signed up to host a scripted site on a Casual plan and you have not yet received your login details, you will be contacted and alerted to this fact.

Extra Notes
Hosting2nv is not responsible for the restoration of data to server. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of your data off-site with you for emergency purposes. If hardware failure and data loss occurs, you the client are responsible for data restoration. Hosting2nv shall not be liable for loss of data under any circumstance.

Hosting is paid up front and is non refundable unless we so decide.

SSL Certificates
It is not the upfront responsibility of Hosting2nv to ask for correct details when you signup. You should provide the most correct details you can as these details will be used to order SSL certificates from our provider if you have opted to do so. The SSL provider sees it important to scrutineer the SSL certificates as they are ordered and if you have provided false details, there is a chance you will not receive your certificate as it has failed a security check at the SSL provider level. Identity theft is NOT TOLERATED at Hosting2nv and any SSL certificates that fail the SSL provider's security check will be voided and no refunds will be issued as it was a fraudulent transaction to begin with.

Payments and Fees :
Payment is due on the defined monthly recurring billing date of each month. Payments that are declined for any reason are subject to a $5.00 fee. A $5 late fee will be assessed for accounts that are 5 days overdue or less. Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 5 days past due. Service interrupted for nonpayment is subject to the setup fee for that service for reconnection.

Delinquent Accounts:
Hosting2nv may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees, or any collection fees.

Slander:
Your website may not be used to slander others. At the same time you may not slander hosting2nv or associated parties. Slander is a criminal offence by US and Australian law and as such we must obide to such real life laws

Account Cancellation:
All requests for canceling any service / services must be made in writing. We ask this is done 7 days beforehand.
